MODERN SLAVERY STATEMENT

1. OUR COMMITMENT

Premier Rolls (Solutions) Limited (“Premier Rolls”, “we”, “us” or “our”) is committed to conducting business responsibly, ethically and with integrity.

We recognise our responsibility to respect human rights and are committed to taking reasonable steps to prevent modern slavery, human trafficking, forced labour and exploitation within our business and supply chains.

We do not knowingly engage with or support organisations involved in slavery, servitude, forced or compulsory labour or human trafficking.

This statement sets out our approach to identifying and reducing the risk of modern slavery within our operations and supply chain.

2. OUR BUSINESS

Premier Rolls (Solutions) Limited is a UK-based supplier of business products and solutions.

Our operations involve sourcing products and services from a range of manufacturers, distributors and other suppliers for supply to our customers.

We recognise that modern slavery risks can arise at different stages of a supply chain, particularly where goods, components or raw materials originate from different countries and pass through multiple organisations before reaching the end customer.

3. OUR SUPPLY CHAIN

Our supply chain includes suppliers and service providers involved in areas such as:

• the manufacture and supply of products and materials;

• printing and production;

• packaging;

• warehousing and distribution;

• transport and logistics;

• technology and business services; and

• other goods and services required for our day-to-day operations.

We expect suppliers and other business partners to operate lawfully and ethically and to respect internationally recognised principles relating to human rights and employment practices.

We do not knowingly conduct business with suppliers that use forced, compulsory or trafficked labour or knowingly participate in any form of modern slavery.

4. OUR APPROACH TO MODERN SLAVERY

We seek to conduct our business in a way that reduces the risk of modern slavery and human trafficking.

Our approach includes, where appropriate:

• working with established and reputable suppliers;

• considering ethical and responsible business practices when selecting and maintaining supplier relationships;

• expecting suppliers to comply with applicable employment, labour and human rights legislation;

• remaining alert to potential indicators of modern slavery or exploitation;

• investigating concerns where credible information about unethical or unlawful practices comes to our attention; and

• taking appropriate action where a supplier's practices do not meet the standards we expect.

The level of assessment undertaken may vary depending on the nature of the supplier, products or services being provided and the perceived level of risk.

5. SUPPLIER EXPECTATIONS

We expect organisations within our supply chain to:

• comply with applicable laws concerning modern slavery, human trafficking and employment;

• not use forced, bonded, compulsory or trafficked labour;

• not engage in unlawful child labour;

• provide workers with appropriate and lawful working conditions;

• respect the rights and dignity of their workforce;

• maintain appropriate employment and recruitment practices; and

• take reasonable steps to promote similar standards within their own supply chains.

Where appropriate, we may seek information or assurances from suppliers concerning their approach to modern slavery and responsible sourcing.

If we become aware of credible evidence that a supplier is involved in modern slavery, human trafficking or serious labour exploitation, we will investigate the matter and consider appropriate action. Depending on the circumstances, this may include requiring corrective action or reconsidering our relationship with the supplier.

6. OUR EMPLOYEES

We are committed to fair and lawful employment practices within our own business.

We aim to ensure that:

• employees have appropriate terms and conditions of employment;

• employees are treated fairly and with respect;

• appropriate checks are undertaken concerning an individual's right to work in the UK;

• employment practices comply with applicable UK employment legislation; and

• employees are able to raise concerns about inappropriate, unethical or unlawful behaviour.

We will not tolerate forced labour, human trafficking, exploitation or other forms of modern slavery within our organisation.

7. RAISING CONCERNS

We encourage employees, suppliers, customers and other parties to raise concerns if they become aware of, or suspect, modern slavery, human trafficking or exploitation connected with our business or supply chain.

Concerns may be raised with Premier Rolls using our usual contact channels or directly with an appropriate member of management.

Concerns raised in good faith will be treated seriously and considered appropriately.

8. ASSESSING AND MANAGING RISK

We recognise that modern slavery risk is not the same across all suppliers, products, industries or geographical locations.

Where appropriate, we may take into account factors such as:

• the country in which products are manufactured or sourced;

• the nature of the industry or product;

• the complexity and transparency of the supply chain;

• the use of temporary, migrant or other potentially vulnerable labour;

• information provided by suppliers; and

• any known concerns regarding a supplier or its supply chain.

Our approach is intended to be proportionate to the nature and level of risk identified.

9. CONTINUOUS IMPROVEMENT

We recognise that addressing modern slavery is an ongoing responsibility.

We will continue to review our approach and, where appropriate, consider improvements to our supplier management, procurement practices and internal awareness.

As our business and supply chain develop, we may introduce additional measures where these are considered appropriate and proportionate to the risks identified.

10. REVIEW OF THIS STATEMENT

This Modern Slavery Statement will be reviewed periodically and updated where appropriate to reflect changes in our business, supply chain, practices or applicable legislation.

Where Premier Rolls (Solutions) Limited is required by law to publish an annual modern slavery statement, this statement will be reviewed and approved in accordance with the applicable requirements of the Modern Slavery Act 2015.
