Delivery & Returns Policy
Next business day delivery
Most of our products are available for next business day delivery from when your order is placed (excluding public holidays), provided it is in stock. Orders must be placed before 2pm the day before. Orders placed on Fridays after 2pm will be delivered the following Tuesday.
Delivery times are Monday to Friday, 8am – 8pm.
Pallet deliveries are dispatched on a 48-hour service as standard, this can be upgraded to a 24-hour service but this must be arranged with your account manager and could be chargeable.
3-5 business day delivery
Products available for delivery within 3-5 business days of your order being placed are usually furniture, large appliances, safes and some business machines.
To find out the expected delivery of a product, or if a product is out of stock and unavailable for delivery, please contact your account manager.
Courier service
Our deliveries are made via courier service.
For parcel deliveries, the drivers are only insured to bring goods to the threshold, they are not insured to move goods around premises or up/down flights of stairs.
For pallet deliveries, these are kerbside drops. If a tail lift is required, deliveries need booking in, or there are any special delivery instructions this must be arranged with your account manager at the time of order.
How much does delivery cost?
There is free UK delivery on orders over £50 (ex VAT).
A Standard Delivery Charge of £6.95 is added to orders under £50 (ex VAT)
This excludes highlands and offshore postcodes.
Do you deliver outside the UK?
We currently deliver to the UK mainland as standard.
We can ship overseas but the price is dependent on area and size of the order. Please contact your account manager for further information and costings.
Do you send parcels to PO Box addresses?
Unfortunately, we are unable to deliver to PO Box addresses. All deliveries require a signature to ensure that the order arrives safely and is received by the correct customer.
If I order several items, will they be delivered at the same time?
The delivery time of your order depends on the type of products you have ordered and their expected delivery time.
If your products are a mixture of next-day delivery and 3-5 business days, they will be sent to you on different delivery days depending on product availability. Product availability can be checked in the product description before adding an item to your basket.
Shortages & damages
If your order arrives damaged, an item is faulty or something is missing, this must be reported to your account manager or our customer service team within 24-48 hours.
Returns Policy
We will credit an item or order if you are not completely satisfied with it provided it is returned to us in its original, unopened packaging with all the accessories and instructions. Subject to collection fees.
To return an item, you will need to contact us within 3 working days of receiving the item.
Due to health and safety reasons, we are unable to offer credits on food or drink items including biscuits, chocolates, coffee, and water.
Unfortunately, we are unable to offer exchanges for items. If you would like to exchange your item for an alternative, we suggest you return the unwanted goods to us for processing and place a new order.
